During your initial consultation, we will discuss your needs, goals, and budget. We will ensure that you understand our design and build process while we understand your vision.
We work with your chosen designer or architect or connect you with one of our trusted collaborators. Ideally, we are involved in the design process from the early stages to facilitate design that is efficient in both cost and resources, and to ensure that the design reflects your vision. We will work with you to create specifications and an itemized budget that is easy to understand.
You will receive a schedule with your expected start date. Work begins, and Stokholm Building Co. oversees all aspects of your build, whether new construction or renovation. We will organize and manage trades, materials, and special orders. We guide you through the selection process, ensuring that all targets are met in a systematic, low-stress way.
Invoicing occurs bi-weekly, along with budget reconciliations and projections, to ensure that you are always aware of costs.
When your project is complete, you will receive all warranty and product information for systems and appliances. You will be given sub-trade contact information for ongoing support. We will walk through all the systems with you to ensure that you fully understand all aspects of the equipment.
